Our vocational training programmes Vocational Training Department Renu Vidya Mandir emphasises skill development through its vocational programmes. Since its inception, more than 300 CWSN have been trained in activities like candle making, dona plate making, rakhi making, office file preparation, lifafa (envelope) making, and other practical skills. These programmes aim to prepare students for independent living and employment opportunities. employment-orientated skills that open doors to self-employment, entrepreneurship and financial independence.
The Women Empowerment Cell believes that every woman deserves the opportunity to become economically independent. Our vocational courses combine practical learning with entrepreneurial guidance, enabling women to transform their talents into sustainable livelihoods.
From stitching garments and embroidery to designing fashion products and handmade crafts, every course focuses on real-world skills, creativity, quality, and confidence. Participants are encouraged to start home-based businesses, work with local industries or become independent entrepreneurs.
